Veg questions

I think I saw somebody post a veggie menu for La Hacienda de San Angel recently are there vegan choices (or easily veganizable choices)?
Also, have any vegans/vegetarians tried Boatwrights? We'll be staying at Port Orleans in January and will probably end up eating there one night and I didn't see anything on the menu that was vegetarian or vegan.
