just wondering how long the journey is approx from cdg to disney hotels

we are due to fly from cdg at 21.50pm on the friday , what time would you suggest leaving disney at ?

thanks in advance

The journey from CDG to the first hotel takes about 40 mins and then you allow about 5 mins for each hotel stop. The Cheyenne is the fourth stop on arrival, after the Newport Bay, Sequoia Lodge and the Santa Fe - so you're looking at about an hour on the coach from leaving the airport.

Coming back is very similar - people collect at the Cheyenne then have to stop at the Santa Fe, Sequoia and Newport Bay before starting the journey to the airport so, again, allow at least an hour. There are shuttles at 18.30 and 19.15 and presumably your check-in closes at 21.10 - so it really depends whether you like to get there with plenty of time to spare. :)

Edited to add: I've forgotten what order the shuttle visits the different airport terminals - so you will proably have to consider the extra time needed for that on the journey back. In which case, I would suggest the 18.30 shuttle might be safer!

Hello, would definately take one which gives you plenty of time. The journey to the hotels is quite quick. However, on our return journey to the airport some poor people couldn't get on as the vea was full and therefore had to wait for the next one, so hopefully they allowed enough time.

When we arrived at CDG the traffic was chocoblok, and we were the last drop off at Terminal 1. We always allow enough time though to have a sit and collect yourself before the flight.

I am worrying now that if I can't change the flights I could easily miss the last vea to Disneyland, have been looking at the last one is about 20.00. We could end up walking ha ha ha ha(at least I'm laughing about it now)

Last year we left our Hotel (Newport Bay) around 6:30pm, our flight home was 21:20 and we checked in at the airport at 7:15pm. This wasn't planned, we had arranged to get the 5pm bus because my son was getting anxious, we actually couldn't get on two VEA's (even after being told to put our luggage on one and then had to quickly take it off!) and at the time thought it a little unfair that all people with prepaid tickets were being left until those who wanted to pay had gone on, then it meant that the bus was full! I wasn't too bothered as I knew we'd left plenty of time before our last check in, but it's worth thinking about that happening, although this was August and therefore the busy period.
I think the advice the hotels give is to get the VEA that is two hours before your check in time.
We found the journey last year to be around 30 minutes, our bus seemed to take us a different way than in previous years where it had taken 40 - 45 minutes.
Because of our experience last year, we have decided to book a private shuttle for this year, that's next on my list to do!!
