VBR Questions

We are staying in a studio at VBR for the first time. (We've always done 1 or 2 bedrooms in the past). Only 3 of us this time so we're giving studio a try. We don't spend much time in the room so I think we'll be ok. But it It will be our first time without our own laundry or full kitchen. I know there are laundry facilities on site -- does anyone know where they are located? Also, do the buildings have ice machines?

Also, we will be there at Halloween -- does the resort do anything? If not, no big deal, but we have a son with special needs who loves the "holiday" so hoping they may do something. If not, may just have to take a trip to Disney that day.

The studios are in the buildings outside the main lodge. The laundry and ice machine is located in the garage area which is the 1st floor of each building.
