Vb - Which Airport?

Trying to figure out which airport to fly into to get to VB. Which one do most of you use?

Anybody have any suggestions on how to get 6 adults & 3 kids to VB? We could rent two cars but is there anything else? Maybe a 9 passenger van? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

We found that the Melbourne, FL airport to be the most convenient. It is about 40 minutes north of Vero Beach on I-95. It sounds like you have a good size group going so I would suggest you check what the cost of the airfare for the three airports around Vero Beach. Melbourne, West Palm Beach and I would suggest Orlando as well. West Palm and Orlando are around 1-1/2 hours away from VB. However, the airfare rates might make it worthwhile for the drive of an 1-1/2 hours.

You might be right about renting 2 cars. The largest I have seen at the rental car companies have been a surbaban or excursion. You will have to pay a premium for those as well. A minivan and a convertible might be in order. I know which I would be in.

Have fun.......Vero is a wonderful resort. We have been twice without the kids and just love the quietness of the resort.
