VB in February

Looking into trying VB next February.. What is the weather like?

Could be great beach weather, or it could be quite brisk and cold.
Just looking at this month on Weather.com most days are highs of mid to upper 70's and even 80 today. But look at last Sunday the 12th. Windy and a high of 58 low 38, and the Sat before and Mon after were highs of 67. Cool days are not that unusual so Its possible to have a trip where you do not want to ever go outside in a swimsuit.

We were there, maybe 2008, and didn't use the ocean, spent time on the beach and were able to enjoy the pool. Just two adults, and we had a fantastic inn room studio, enjoyed Mary Anne's wine tasting, the Green Cabin room, and visiting museums with treasure from the Widah (I think, memory fading). We ate at Capt Hiram's and preferred our lunch at Squid Lips. Good times.

My wife and I were there this week last year. We had a great time. There is a wonderful art museum, golf courses, and state parks. We also spent a day at Kennedy Space Center, about an hour north of the resort. The weather was sunny and 75-80 each day. I hope to do it again next year, but tomorrow we are heading to The Boardwalk to spend a week with our son and his girlfriend. Yeah!

We go to FL (sometimes VB) every President's Week for the last 16 years. I can alway count on it being way better then home! It can be hit or miss for being on the beach. The ocean will be in the 60's some will find acceptable, but most will just play in the sand. The pool is heated and the sun is grand.

Here now and it's darn hot!
