VB airports

Which airports are close to fly into for Vero? I know of Orlando and Melbourne, but think there's another one.

There is one in Vero Beach also, but it is not commercial, I think. (Small, private planes, maybe?) Melbourne is the closest at about 45 minute drive. Very nice, small airport. I think PBI is about 1 /12 hr. drive. Someone correct me if that is wrong. We recently used Melbourne and will again.

Yes, the Vero airport is for private planes. I think it may have something to do with Piper being located in Vero.

Aug 2001,we were travelling from the UK to Vero Beach,looked at all flight options,Delta was the cheapest and offered a flight to Melbourne via Atlanta. Melbourne airport is very small but very friendly and relaxed and its only a 40 minute drive down to Vero Beach..

We are Flying into Palm Beach (PBI) direct from Philadelphia in July. It is closer then both Orlando and Ft Lauderdale and US Airways flys direct non-stop
