Vanessa- figmentfan814 ~ Happily Ever Wedding & 10th Anniversary VR Brunch #1 Added 8-10

Cute bubbles! :thumbsup2 I've never seen those before. You have a great eye for all your details :goodvibes

Last year someone had posted a link to order them online here and then I found out you could get them at some of the Walmarts too. They didn't all carry them, so I had people check for them in several states. We ended up getting the 50 we needed without any problem though :thumbsup2

Another great update Vanessa! I love the Mickey bubbles. I've never seen those before either. I am thinking of getting something like that for our cruise vow renewal. I'll have to remember on my next walmart trip. Are they in the party supply stuff? They kind of looked like that packaging.

Laura~ I was looking through my TR for something and realized that I missed these pictures before. Your hotel was right next to the one that we stayed at in Oahu on Waikiki Beach, how cool, what a coincidence :cool1:

That's cool. I can't wait to hear about the details from Hawaii. When went in a minivan from the airport to our hotel and the person driving told us that this hotel has a few weddings a week. They had a beautiful patio outside in the back and everyday we would see a couple getting their pictures taken in the lobby. It was great.

I loved the photo of everyone looking up, that's great. The bubbles are cute.

Yes, they were in the regular party supply section. I bought them last fall, so I'm not sure if they still have them or not. I know out of the 4 Walmarts in our area, only 1 of them actually carried them. They had a whole line of Mickey party supplies and they had some Princess bubbles too!

That is so neat about the weddings, I was surprised how many couples we saw there too. As much objection as we had to a wedding in Florida, I can't imagine if we wanted people to travel to Hawaii :rotfl: At the resort we stayed at they had a vow renewal on the beach for any couples celebrating their anniversary once a week. It sounded like anyone who wanted to join in could and it was just done as a group.

I really love the group shot too; I want to get a pretty big enlargement to hang up, so you can see everyone.

I know it was so hard waiting for our shots too, I know exactly how you feel :goodvibes

We did get a good variety, I will post some from Japan, Italy again, and then Germany. Which countries did you go to for your shots?

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

I'm glad to hear that you're hooked :cool1: Thank you and hopefully you can stick around until I make it to the end of this report, of course it feels like it's taking forever!

Your bubbles are so stinking cute! I am jealous that it only took you 30 minutes to make them. I wanted what you got and couldn't find any so I went with bubble wands and hand painted silver and teal mickey heads (20 on each wand). Then I tied two silver wedding rings on the top with two Mickey heads that I had punched out in two different shades of teal and tied it all on top of the bubble wands with teal ribbon. They looked very nice (and yes Vanessa, I have pictures to show you what they looked like once my computer finally comes back...we are still waiting on it. Best Buy had to send it off...their service plan sucks...it's not worth it and don't get it. We are thinking about just buying a new computer as it has been almost 2 months now without one :badpc: ) but they took me like 10 hours to make 40 of them! Can't wait to see more...

::MickeyMo Wow! It sounds like your bubble wands were really cute. I can't wait until we get to see them ::MickeyMo

It sounds like they became an insanely long project for you just like my programs were for me! ;)

That must be totally frustrating with your computer :badpc: Kris has had problems with Best Buy warranties before too :furious:

The pictures are beautiful! I love the one you you and DH in the Rotunda by yourselves. It is a awesome picture! I can't wait to see your other pictures! Here's me..popcorn:: waiting for more.

Hi. I just spent the last two days reading your planning journal and trip report. I love it! I just found these boards a few days ago, and it is my new guilty pleasure to read everyone's plans. I have been married 12 years and have four kids, so these plans take me back to the excitement of when I got married. You had some awesome ideas and everything turned out beautifully!

Wow! I was so excited to see a new post from you!

You all were so beautiful and I have been sitting here bawling!!!

Can't wait to see reception pics, and wish you again

Happily Ever After!!

Thank you, that is definitely one of my favorites. We blew it up into a poster size for our at-home reception.

I'm glad you have enjoyed everything so far. I know I was reading everything like crazy when I first found the boards too. :cheer2: I think my husband's in trouble because I know I will want a vow renewal at some point, I think I can hold off until 20 years though ;) Congratulations on your happily ever after, it sounds like you have a wonderful life with your husband and kids.

 Thank you so much, I always find myself crying when I read through some of the trip reports too, so I'm glad somone else finds mine just as special :goodvibes

I hope to through the reception soon; we're still in the process of getting things settled at our new home and it seems like my evenings get stuck doing home improvement projects :headache: but I will get the pictures up soon. I have some great shots from the World Showcase that I'm hoping to get up today.

Morning Vanessa - love reading everything so far and looking forward to more. I love the way your bridal party wore all the colors of the rainbow and you had them walk down the aisle to "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" - just perfect.

I have a question about your guest book - I know you did a Shutterfly (or something like it) book and I was wondering how it turned out? We have gotten our pictures from our Engagement Shoot from Misty and we had a Disney Photoshoot at the GF and we are starting to put our photos together. I am still trying to decide on a book using our own photos or one from The Guestbook Store where you put in photos of your guests on the page they sign. Also, did you just leave blank areas in the book or did you put lines in certain sections?

Looking forward to reading more.

Thanks,
Linda
