I know POP is the newest value, just wondering if it's getting the worn look, or still pretty fresh looking?

Also, does anyone know if all the rooms at AsMu and AsMo have been updated, or just some of them?

We were at Pop in March 2007 and I don't think anything was run-down looking. I've never stayed at an AS so I don't have anything to compare it to.

We stayed in the Jazz building at ASMu last April. The rooms were redone and looked great!

My sister and I stayed at Pop back in October. Our only big complaint was the beds. The mattress' were quite worn out. With out even sitting on the bed, just putting your hand down you could feel the springs. Needless to say neither one of us ever had a good night of sleep.

I agree with the poster above, it that to me the only part of POP that looked worn down was the bed. I think the new refurbished rooms at Sports and Music look much better!!

We stayed at POP 70's last March, and I didn't think it was worn down at all. I think it looked pretty good. Now, I could have been sleeping on a bed of nails coated with broken glass and I would not have noticed--I was WORN OUT .

We were in POP in September 07 & it definitely needs a refurbishment. It's starting to show it's age & the wear & tear from all the guests. Our room looked a little "tired", although the beds were fine.

Can't wait though - we check in at ASMu on Monday!!

Sports rooms will have the most recent update. They may not even be done w/ them yet.

Music would be next.

Pop Century would be after that, but after my last stay at Pop, I'd pick Sports or Music...Pop is looking worn in some areas. And it's only 4 1/2 years old...

What about AsMo, anyone know when their last refurb was. Gosh it's soooo hard to pick a resort!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed at asmo two years in and row, at our last visit they were working on the oversized icons. But after staying at POP last year we don't want to go back to asmo. We didn't have any problems with the beds, the food court was a lot better in our opinoin(the blue slushies to fill the mugs with), we had an medical emergency and we couldn't have asked for better service from the staff, POP doesn't share buses with anyone, my prince and I loved leaving the kids with grandma/grandpa (asleep of course) and walking by hourglass lake. Yes there are something that could be touched up, but we didn't have to think twice where we wanted to stay this year.

We were just at pop January 9-11 2008 we stayed in the 80's building and my sister stayed in the 70's and they were just basic hotel rooms!!!
