i was thinking of doing a quick weekend visit Nov. 10-14. Looks like all the value, moderate and some of the deluxe hotels have no availability. What's going on? Thanks

Oddly, resort availability isn't the best indicator of crowds. More of the crowd level tends to be driven by off-site.

That said: Epcot is going to be madness.

Yep.. we're going the 9-12 and I finally found a room at the Poly. Rack rate, but it's a room.

Try searching night by night or break up your dates. I've found some really weird availability lately. For example, nothing showed up when I searched 10-11, but when I added the 9th, I found it.

FYI: That's by design and not due to any website/system issues. It's a discipline known as revenue management and just about every hotel on the planet uses it. Hotels institute minimum stay requirements during busy periods to maximize revenue.

Despite what some people think, it's actually a very helpful thing for any guest that stays in hotels for more than one night. Stay controls end up "saving" rooms for people who happen to book later than those looking for shorter stays.

We are going the next week and noticed the lower prices rooms at the moderates booking up quickly. We were locked out of the free dining because of it.
