I am thinking of going to the Poly during Valu season rate in February. The rate I am quoted is $299 a night. Is this a good rate? Do you think I can do better if I wait for Annual Passholders rates? Has anyone gone in recent past Feb to the Poly for less? I was hoping for around $225. Is this to hopeful? Any advice out there? Thank you

I don't know if this is a fair comparison but we got $170 a night for garden view with the FL resident rate for Dec.

We stayed at the Poly in mid feb 2 years ago and had APs. I really dont know what our rate was but we only request garden view. A little note, We pulled our kids out of school so we could check in during value season and get the good rate. Right after that weekend around feb. 13 starts the presidents week mid winter break for a lot of metro nj/ny schools. The poly was completely booked. We did not even get our longhouse request after it was even on our reservation. We saw so many people from LI there with team jackets etc. So if you have your heart set on staying there I would keep these things in mind.

I am thinking of staying at the Poly from Feb 9 thru Feb 13. So maybe I will be lucky and get an AP price. Thanks for the help.

We've got a Poly Garden view room Jan 2-5 for $179 per night plus tax.

This rate is part of the Winter Dream Magic Plan, so you have to buy the tickets in order to get it. A couple of weeks back it was listed on Expedia. (I haven't checked since I got my ressie.) At that time, it was $50 more per night for lagoon view.

Suevee,

We will be there at the same time. We check in on the 8th as part of a Land and Sea package, and checkout the 12th (is that a Thursday??) and head for the port.

Let us know if you make the ressie. Its always fun to meet other Dissers. We have a DS6.

PiperG- It would be nice to hook up. We will have our 8 year old granddaughter and maybe our 11 and 8 year old "adopted" grandsons with us.

JackH. - We have annual passes so I really don't want to buy extra tickets, but thanks for the info.

Right now we are at the CR for the first part of our trip Feb 5 through Feb 9, but they don't have room for our entire stay. I am presently booked at Riverside for Feb 9 through 13. But, if finances allow I would really love to switch to the Poly. I have always dreamed of staying there. So I will keep on looking for those annual passholders rates. I know that in Dec.03 the annual passholder rates for the Poly were $189. I just hope there will be some available for our time. If not - oh well.
