Value season at hrh

Can someone help when i go on the universal site it says value season for a garden view is $229 per night but when i check for availability it says the same type room is $299 per night. What gives? Help. Thanks all.

I've had this trouble on the website, too, trying to book in value season. In my case, I was trying to book too far in advance -- I think it was about five months out. I called a couple times and was quoted the same rate I was seeing on the website (no discounts for APH/Florida resident).

I waited about a month/six weeks after those calls to book, per the agents' instructions over the phone, and the rates went down to what we're used to paying.

I would suggest you call the 1-800 number for the resorts and speak with someone.
