Do the value resorts have mini refrigerators in them?

Yes, but mine never seemed to get as cold as I wanted it to at All star sports in 2012. Just a few soft drinks and botted water were in it. Some have called them coolers. But at Pop 2011 we were keeping milk, Yogurt drinks, etc/, for the kids. It seemed to do fine.

I don't know if they changed them or it was because we probably had it more full at POP. I read somewhere that someone said they worked better after you filled them. I don't know? Does that make any since?

Mine didn't have the freezer in the top.

We have found this to be true at any resort that has the fridge located inside the dresser, or basically enclosed. To remedy this, we leave the cabinet door wide open whenever we are not in the room. And propping it open with a wash cloth or sock when we are in the room. By doing this we have been able to get our water bottles extremely cold. With the cabinet door closed, there is not enough air flow to allow the fridge to cool properly.

Are they the same dorm style mini fridges that are in the Moderates? The reason I ask is, my sister just came back from a quick two nite stay at all star movies, and she never found the refirgerator lol

They are the dorm size. We have never had a problem with them cooling. In fact, last summer at ASMu, at night before returning to our room I would fill our mugs up with tea from the food court and store it in the fridge so I wouldn't have to make a trip to the food court early the next morning. The tea was always cold and almost no ice was melted. We DID leave the cabinet door cover open.
