Value Resort DDP upgrade in Spring 2012

Hi All,

My family and I stayed at ASMu in May 2012. When I booked the vacation package through Disney, I received the DDP for free(even though they were offering free quick service at the time of booking), and upgraded one tier to deluxe. Has anyone else ever received the same upgrade when you called? I called for our October 2012 trip and didn't get it.

PIN stands for Personal Identification Number.

What it refers to regarding Disney is that often, WDW offers targeted discounts that only the persons who receive the offer can use. That's done a lot by mail or e-mail with a personalized discount code, but sometimes you can call WDW and ask if you have a discount assigned to you.

So it probably wasn't an "upgrade" in that anyone who called could get one, but you had one of these codes assigned to you.
