It seems that we over planned in the vacation department this year. We have taken way too many and need to adjust our budget for our WDW trip in January. We are used to staying at the WL, but are thinking of staying at a value this trip. We stayed at ASM when it was new and it was fine. SO...If you were staying at a value, which one would it be? My main concerns are noise levels and bus service. I know nothing about pop.
I will admit that I am a deluxe snob but am ready to go throught the 12 step program and reform.

We went June 9-15th. We stayed at AS Mo and had a great time! We never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a bus, and the CMs were very friendly. Our room was adequate for 4 people. We stayed in the Toy Story section which is nice and close to the lobby, food court, and bus stops. I would highly recommend this hotel for a value resort! We will probably stay here on our next trip in October 2007. Enjoy!!!

We stayed at Pop Century last year. We were so happy that, when we began to talk about this year's trip and all the different things we would do, we were unanimous (not hard when there are only three) about going back to the Pop.

Personally, I like Pop, but I'd recommend choosing the Value that has the theming that appeals to your group the most. We've stayed at a couple of Values and, really, it isn't like one offers concierge and the others don't or one will give you free drinks while the others won't. Boiled down, the differences are reasonably small and I don't think this is a choice to stress over too much. Check out pictures and see which one grabs you.

Enjoy! :)

I have heard that there are family suites at the value resorts? Is this true and what would the suite be/ how many will it sleep? We are looking into going with the extened family (Db & family Mom Dad maybe more) and they all are thinking about the value resorts. Has any one used them? Any info would be a great help. Thank you.

Pop has it's own bus services, where the other three ASM, ASMovies and ASSport share bus transportation.

Pop is the newer of the four resorts with exception to the All Star Music Family suites that will be available soon.

If you go to allearsnet.com You'll be able to tour each resort to see which you think you'd like best.

I stayed at Pop last September and we liked it.

This was copied from the allearsnet.com website.

Apparently the opening of the family suites was delayed. I'm not sure if they are now available.

Hi and first off have a wonderful vacation at Disney :)
As for value resorts, last month we stayed at all star movies and loved it. We styed in the Toy story building and it was close to everything and there was no noise at all. The hotel is so cute and the rooms are very clean. We are planning to go back for Christmas and going to try to stay in the same building and room if available because it was so convienent. Hope this helps :)

We have stayed in all of the value resorts, each at least twice, and each one has their pluses. The last two years we have stayed at Pop and love it! In fact we were going to stay at a moderate this trip but chose to stay at Pop again as we like it so much. We have stayed deluxe and moderate as well but Pop fits our family.

The bus service at Pop is great and you don't have to share a bus with anyone else like the All Stars do. There are three pools, a pop jets area, a lake, twister, and dancing the Hustle. It is just so festive.

ASMu family sutes are open. There are a couple of reviews on the resorts board.
