"Value" rate for AKV 1Br?

So does anyone know what value vs. standard is? I know there is a point difference, but what is the difference in the rooms? Is it the view? If that is the case, where are the "value" rooms and where are the "standard" rooms?

Standard rooms are full size, has the extra sleeper chair in 1BR and 2BR, and has a pool view. The Value rooms are smaller, no sleeper chair, and the view can be savanna, pool, or parking lot. Here is a link with more detail, look at post #7: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1488322
