Value of Dreams Items

I have been off VMK for a while, so I'm not completely clear on the value of the Dreams items. I don't want to appear as if I'm scamming anyone, and I sure don't want to be scammed, so if anyone could tell me if these items are worth a Princess Minnie Hat, I would be very grateful.

the value of dreams items is quite varied. some find them extremely valuable while others see them like Pirate Wells.
