Valet Red Carpet?

We use valet parking regularly when we're at Universal. I was looking at the webiste today and saw that they now have Valet Red Carpet in addition to Valet. Anybody know what the difference is (other than the extra $10 )?

Dunno but I'll check it out today since we'll be using valet. I thought that was the name of the car washing service, but I think that's quite a bit more than $10 depending on what you get done. We had our car detailed there once and they did a really good job.

We ended up not using valet because we discovered that you can't stay for HHN anymore with free premier. The more I think about it, the more I think Red Carpet is indeed the washing. The $10 is probably the basic wash but you can get more extensive things done too.

That makes sense. I know that when we were there last there was no mention of the car wash or anything extra like that.

Stopped in last night but parked in the garage. There was no line at Guest Services so I asked there and they looked at me like I was fruit loops!!

If nobody else finds out I will be sure to valet this weekend. Now I want to know too!!!

I'm 99 percent sure it'll turn out to be the car wash service.

We won't be using valet again till after HHN since Universal withdrew that lovely perk that we enjoyed for so many years, so I can't check till then.

Well- we were all wrong. For $10 more they will get you your car back in 5 minutes. It is express pass for valet!!!!

Me three! They have never really been slow other than on the most crowded of nights. I sure hope they're not taking their sweet time if you don't pony up the extra cash! And I hope they have a separate line too because what's the good of a quick car return if you just spent 30 mins. in line?

I agree completely. We have been there on the rare occasion when they were really busy and had to park the cars further away, but it still didn't take them long to get it. You know, getting your car pretty quickly is kind of what valet is supposed to be, isn't it?
