Valet parking deluxe resorts

It all depends on how busy/full they are when you get there. No way to definitively know the answer beforehand.

If you really look at it this is bending WDW rules you still are not supposed to park at resorts that you are not staying at and go to parks. Also if you have a handicapped placard you get to park close to the entrance of every park and close to the monorail at the TTC so you are adding a longer walk by parking at resorts so you are 100% using it to get out of paying to park. Yes I do know people do this and it actually cost more but I stay at the BW and after you've been at a park all day and you can't find a spot anywhere in the lot because people are parking and going to Epcot you wouldn't like people doing it either and yes the Valet has been full from people doing this at the BW too.
