Valet parking at Polynesian

We have a breakfast ADR at Polynesian and then plan to go to MK for the rest of the day. I've read some threads from previous years saying that you can pay to valet park at the Polynesian and leave your car there for the day. Is this still allowed and - if so - how much does it cost now? We are staying offsite so we'll be paying for parking either way. We wouldn't mind paying a few dollars more to go directly to the Polynesian.

It is $25 plus tip, and yes, you can do that. Keep your receipt in case you visit any other resorts with valet parking that same day, free, plus tip.

Since you have to pay to park anyway, I'd just park at the TTC and walk. It's cheaper ($20, I think) and you don't have to tip.

Thank you so much Dan. Just realized - I've been assuming this is regular valet parking. Where they take your car and park it and then bring it back to you at the entrance of the resort. Is this the case or does "valet parking" just mean that we can leave our car in their lot but we have to park it ourselves and walk back out to it at the end of the day?

When we do this at the Contemporary, we valet park like normal valet parking. They park our car and bring it back to us at the end of the day.

This is exactly how valet parking works at all of the Disney hotels. You pull up, give them your keys and info, take your claim ticket and come back whenever, handing it back, paying and off you go.

Valet will be at the actual entrance of
the resort main building.
