Valet Parking at Hotels

I've got lunch reservations at Tchoup Chop. Emeril's website indicates a discounted validated valet rate of $4. Here are my questions: Can I valet park all day for the $4 rate? Or is there a better parking deal elsewhere? Anyone valet park at a hotel all day - how much did it cost?
