Valet at GF

We have an ADR at 1900 Park Fare for an 8:05 breakfast. MK opens at 9 a.m. that day. We will have a rental car. I know I can part at TTC and ride the resort monorail to the GF as I've read the resort monorail starts around 7 a.m. However, if I pay for valet at GF, can we just leave our car there all day? $15 for the day?

I just did this at the end of October - right before the rates went up. Self parking at the GF is such a pain and it was so easy to valet there.

After breakfast we went to MK for awhile before we returned to the GF.
