Valentine's Day in the Parks

Hello! Not sure if this is the right forum to put this in....We are going to be in the parks during Valentine's day and was wondering if anyone knew if there was anything different/special going on. I tried searching online, and all that came up were ideas like renting a boat and having a picnic, or doing the dessert party, etc. Nothing that you can't do on any other day of the week you are at Disney. Besides these things, had anyone heard of any specific V-Day activities??
