Valentines Day Check-In

I lost 3 pound this week putting me at 3/8!! I am now legally wearing my 5 pound clippie again.:D

Ok I guess I need to readjust my start weight. I weighed in for the Body Challenge today and I was 215lb!!! :eek: I know I am really bloated right now but that should go away in a couple days...I hope! I will make my goal!
 
I'm down 1.5 from last Sat AM.
Did exercise twice this week (intended on 3x however):hyper:

So I'm at 1.5/10 for the VD challenge. Five more weeks of straight loss will be a challenge, butI'm up for it!

Congratulations to all, we're such a bunch of losers:tongue:

Look at you guys. So determined and so making a difference in yourselves. I love reading this thread it just makes me smile. I'm not doing so hot since friday. I had a night out with my dh and we took my parents our for there birthdays. I was not a good girl the bread was my enemy. I was up a .5 lb and today i'm doing so so i've had the munchies. My dd was at the er this morning and i was upset and nervous i had a few bites of emilys hunny bun then we baked jessica a chocolate cake for when she came home and i had a few licks of batter then a few tastes of the cake then a healthy choice pizza and salad and now my dh is cooking oh he is a great cook. I've had a salad with homemade crutons on it and now a bowl of chili and i smell chocolate chip cookies in the oven! Oh man i'm not having a good day. But TOM is coming tues so all is not true gain right?LOL I'm drinking my usual ton of water and i know if i can make it till monday i'll be okay for next friday i hope to at atleast 1 lb to my 4 for last friday i'll need lots of luck to do it. Congradulations to all my looser friends and soon to be loosers.
 
I am down 3 for 3/15. Woohoo!!!! Way to get off to a great start everyone!!!!

I'm only down .6 this week but the BF is visiting my house so I'm relieved I didn't have to post a GAIN! I'll take the .6 and wait for the WF to stop by. :teeth: So that makes me .6/10 - better get moving :eek:
 
I am so excited. I weighed this morning and I have lost 5 pounds since I started Atkins this past Monday. I'm going to wait until tomorrow AM to get my clippie (to make sure it still reads 5 pounds - tomorrow is my official weigh-in day), but I am ecstatic. It is really giving me the motivation to get thru another week of induction.

So I'm 5/15 for the Valentines Day Challenge.

Thanks to everyone for their informative and uplifting posts (I lurk alot, hee! hee!).

Hi, everybody! I can't remember if I posted last week or not.:confused: I can tell you though, that I've lost 5 pounds since the challenge began; I'm at 168 this morning. :Pinkbounc That makes me 5/12.

It's onward and downward for all of us!

I lost 2 pounds last week - that puts me at 2/2 for the challenge. Maybe I'll exceed my goal now that I'm in training for the half marathon! :p

Anyhow, I'm down a little over a pound, but lets just say 1/10. Not exactly the greatest start but it's something! Really gonna try and get that water down which is so tough in this cold weather! Have a good week, everyone.
 
I am going to join the challenge. I would like to lose 7 pounds by Valentine's Day. I have been a very slow loser this time around, so am not sure whether or not I can reach this goal. I am trying as hard as I can.
 
I'm 1.5/10 after my first week on WW. A little bit slower of a start than I had hoped, but on my way! :bounce: :Pinkbounc
 
I'm 2.5/11!! After spending a year gaining weight, I'm happy with losing even 1 pound a week. :)
 
Well.......not doing so good so far....I too am up 3 pounds......With the exception of this past weekend I have been eatign alright, just haven't been exercising as much as I should have.
Think I am gonna kick it up a notch..........
Goona make it to the gym at least 5 days a week and do 2 WATP everyday...........hope this will work.......BUt dont think Ill lose 15 by V day! 12 would be nice.

I realize I'm late but, I just started WW Monday. Can I join this challenge? If so, I'm gonna try to lose 10 lbs. by VD. Guess that puts me 0/10 until next check-in. Thanks!
 
I am reporting another 2.4 pound loss this week (such an uneven number and that is what I lost two weeks in a row.:confused: But I will take it!) So that makes puts me at 4.8/9.8 (10) loss.

Onward and downward!!
 
I'm not sure if I'm officially in this challenge or not, but my goal for VD is 7 pounds lost (starting 12 days ago). I've lost 1/7. I've learned a couple of things I CAN'T do, and have started regular exercise, so maybe this will speed up a little. Diana
 
After getting off to a VERY slow start, I lost 3 lbs this week. That puts me at 3/10 for the VD challenge. I keep envisioning the clothes I might be able to fit in by then if I keep going!:rolleyes: )

I have not been exercising at all this week. That is very bad, because I know it is what I really need to do. But it is SOOOO cold here, it just makes me want to cuddle up under the covers every night! And night time is the only time I can fit in exercise during the week. I am going to go up and do a FIRM tape this am as I'm off on Fridays. Hopefully it will energize me (and warm me up!:sunny: )

Well.... somehow I am down to 165....I really tryed hard this week and kicked up the exercise a notch. However I dont know about reached 153 by then. Who knows but happy to be on my way to the 150"s.
