Valentine's Day Challenge who's going DOWN with me?

Count me in for this one!!! I want to get down to 215 for this challenge, so that is 15 pounds for me. I want that 40 pound clippie!!!! I think this is doable since no holidays are in there, and now I have time to walk again!!! Good luck to us all!!!!!

Count me in. I want my 35# clippie. That's 7.5# to lose by February 14th.
 
I was thinking of doing a challenge for Valentines Day also. We leave for our WDW trip on the 11th of Feb. I would love to be at 199 by then (I would have to lose 24lbs) :eek: So I will be a little more realistic. I would love to get a 25lb clippie by then so I will aim for 13lb loss. I want to walk more. I also want to stick to plan much better than I do (I admit I cheat, but still losing so that is all that matters) :wave:

Count me in!!! And I may even reward myself with a big fat strawberry (sans chocolate) on Valentine's Day! :) My goal is to get to 165 by Valentine's Day! I'm stating it and I'm going for it!! No TURNING back!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!! I'll weigh on Tuesday to see how much that will mean I'll have to lose- but it's probably close to 15 pounds- That's totally doable! :)

Okay - It's a new year and a new me! I'm going for a goal of losing 10 pounds by Valentines Day. (And if I make it, I think I'll treat myself to a CHOCOLATE covered strawberry on VD - but just one!;) ) I think this is a totally "doable" goal for me - as long as I exercise!:eek:
 
I want my 10 pound clippie for Valentines Day!!! That means I need to lose 8 pounds (I gained a few pounds over the holidays LOL).

Sign me up! I'd like to lose 15 pounds by Valentine's, which will put me at 228 pounds, with 68 pounds lost.

These challenges are great, they really help keep me focused. Let's make it happen, everyone! I can't wait to see your 100-pound clippie, Partyofsix - something for me to look forward to! :D

Okay, count me in for 10 pounds, too! I'm hoping to get my 30 lb clippie by then. Thanks for getting this one started - I REALLY needed this motivation after all that gluttony over the holidays.
 
Okay everyone get ready for a wonderful monday. Chin UP Fork DOWN.LOL Well it sounded cute. :) Have a wonderful monday everyone and remember drinking your water is So very important. If i had to credit one SINGLE thing to my success it's water. Nothing else. I was addicted to cokes' yes i know hard to believe right? ;) Well i kicked my "coke" habit to allow myself one can of REAL coke first thing in the morning. So instead of having three CASES of 2-liters stacked up waiting for me to drink up i know have ONE 12-pack that will last me almost two weeks if the kids don't have one or company does'nt come by. Then it's water all i drink the rest of the day. NO diet crap no caffine drinks NO NOTHING but water. I wish just ONE single wisher who is not doing this now that had my same coke adddiction would try this it really does crub your appetite and help wash the pounds away. Anyways that's my moment of zin for tonight.LOL Have a wonderful monday guys it's gonna be new subway chicken wrap with onion, tomatoes and horseradish sauce for me tomorrow oh and wow chips >YUM

Count me in! I'm going to set a goal of 6 lbs which would give me my 45 lb clippie! I'm hoping to get the 40 lb one this week since I'm only 1 lb away from that one! My scale has been "stuck" lately due to those nasty little carbs that have been creeping back in to my diet! Well, I'm back on induction so I've kicked those carbs out. Now I'm hoping a few lbs will follow. I'm at the point I was at when I met DH 9 yrs ago after losing about the same amount of weight I've lost now. That time I didn't mgage to keep losing & I DO NOT want that to happen again! I have about 40 more lbs I need to lose to be at a healthy weight, so this challenge will be good for me. Thanks for starting it, Tammy!
 
Hmm I may have to try the Coke thing. I admit the holidays have driven me to a serious Coke problem. I was down to one bottle a day but for the last couple weeks it has been more like 2-3 a day. (I gotta get that drinking habit under control!!...lol) I have carefully considered the Valentine Day challange and even though I am afraid of failure I'm going to try. That is why I joined WISH to begin with. I'm hoping it will keep me accountable::yes:: So here it goes. I'm 212 now and my goal will be 199 by Feb. 14! Bye bye Coke Hello water. Hopefully I won't look like this in a couple days :crazy:
 
Carolyn you can so be 199 by VD! You MUST let go of the coke. If nothing else do like i do and have the one in the morning to satifsy yourselve so you don't feel deprived. From there drink as much water as possible you need about 105oz a day. That's about half your body weight in water you can can so do this girl! Come on go with us.
 
I'm in! My goal is 7.5 lbs. by Valentine's Day. If I can do that I'll have earned my gold clippie and what girl doesn't want gold for Valentine's Day:D

Count me in! We are going on our first Disney cruise the last week of Feb., so this is perfect. I want to lose 5 pounds by Valentine's day. These mini challenges really help keep me focused. Good luck everyone! I know we can be big losers!::yes::

I'm in. I'm going to try for 7lbs which will take me to 170 which was my New Year's Goal. Now that I'm not so busy with work and not having to eat dinner at the mall I think I'll be able to get in some exercise and get back on the right track.
 
I think I need to jump on this challenge! In my fantasy world I would like to lose 9.8 pounds, so we may as well call it 10 pounds. My goal is to lose this by February 18th as this will be my one year WISH anniversary. I have put on a couple of pounds over the holidays, so I am ready and raring to go.

Onward and Downward!!!!
 
Add me to your list. I'd like to drop about 5-7 lbs. of fat. But my main goal is to exercise more and develop some muscle. Therefore I don't know if the weight loss will be noticeable on the scale. It'll be more of a measure of clothing.

I'll definitely be adding more water to my diet. I'm not doing a good job at that! We shall see!
