I haven't noticed a difference in the wrinkling. They are no more, or less, wrinkled than they were when I just jampacked the luggage full of clothes. In the bags they are just as smooshed (although I don't roll them- so I'm keeping most of the wrinkles out beforehand I think) as they would be without the bags and in luggage.
