What is vacationoutlet.com? Do you need to be a member of something to use this discount?

Nope. Vacation Outlet is a Travel Agency. They sell vacation packages and cruises; in addition, they apparently book car rentals separately. Anybody can use the links.

When I print out my confirmation, it says "BJs coupon" using the link through vacationoutlet.com and their coupon. It sounds like this might be part of BJs and that you need to be a member.
