Vacationistas

anyone getting rude service from them? Wife has not had good luck, other than our first one, and now we have had 2 different ones that don't seem to live up to that Disney standard.

My travel agent deals with the "Vacationistas." The one or two times I have called, it was to verify they received my paperwork.

I never deal with ABD directly. My TA handles all that stuff.

I worked with ABD directly as we got a credit for booking directly when we were on the Disney Cruise and have been working with them on flights and our extra hotel days. I worked with Lucy and she was great!

After 6 ABD's, I'm not ashamed to say I wasn't sure what "vacationistas" even were before opening this thread. I've never contacted them. My TA, Kevin, takes care of the details.

Some vacationistas are not as knowledgeable as others, but I've never had one be rude (and I've called ABD a lot!) Sorry you got a bad one.
