My advice is to stay away from Vacationhomebid.com or Vacationhome123.com or any property managed by Michelle Chen, Xinsheng Chen, James Chen, Zhang Chengyu or Eileen Zhang or any payments going to Vacationhome123 or Vacationhomebid.com LLC, they also have properties listed on Vacationhomerentals.com and have also been associated with Dobty Management Inc.
You never see negative reviews on their website because they don't allow you to post them. They are screening them. I tried to post a negative experience and you can't find it anywhere! They double booked the house we reserved, told us TWO MONTHS after we paid the deposit and cancelled our reservation. They refunded the deposit, but left us without a place to stay. Questionable practices, be careful!
