Vacation Village?

Has anyone ever stayed at or heard of the Vacation Village at Parkway in Kissimmee, FL.? Have a chance to book there for a week, and was wondering if it is a nice place and convenient to WDW.

I stayed there last October; you won't be disappointed. Very close to Disney. You will be located across from the Disney town of Celebration. You are at the intersection of I-192, and Route 4, literally one exit away from Disney. It's a 5-7 minute ride to the parking lot. Villas are spacious and very clean; laundry in hallway, not in units. There are elevators; grills are available for your use, and the supermarket is two blocks away. Also, several restaurants nearby which are quite reasonably pricedl. Enjoy.

Do you remember how much the laundry cost per day?

What were the bed sizes?

One bedroom or 2?

$.50 a load to wash/dry. we had a two bedroom lock-off unit. The smaller unit had a double bed with a pull out couch in the living room; TV's in both rooms, full bathroom, and a mini-kitchen. the larger unit had a king-sized bed, a jacuzzi, a full bathroom with walk in shower and double sinks, a full sized kitchen, and a dining room which seated 6, plus a living room with a pull-out couch. The bedroom had a TV, and the living room had a huge TV with VCR. Both the living room and the master bedroom shared a porch.
