Vacation upgrades vs. Vacation Strategy

New to these rental companies, i've read several other posts and now i'm posting my question:Staying 3 nights sept 21-sept 24
Got a quote from each company for a 2 bedroom unit at Bonnet creek Vacation upgrades price is 435 ($120night + $75 fee) vacation strategy's price is $297.

leaning towards vacation strategy to save $138, that could easly be our grocery money!

would love to hear from previous renters.

We used Vacation Strategy last year with zero issues. We are using them again this year (May 22nd to June 2nd). Both companies are reputable but so far nobody has been able to beat the rates we get with Vacation Strategy. They have wonderful customer service and I highly recommend them.

This was our first year booking WBC. Ken and Denise at Vacation Upgrades were able to get a reservation for dates we needed while Vacation Strategy could not so we went with VU.
Ken and Denise were both very nice and answered all of my questions. I'm sure the people at VS are nice too.

From all of the reports, I think both are good. Unless you feel more comfortable with one, I would take the best price for your dates.

We have rented with Vacation Strategy and everything went smoothly. We have booked with them again for our next trip as well.

We rented with Vacation Strategy last trip which was Aug 25~Sep 4. Everything went smooth and had a great time. We are actually getting a quote for this years trip as well.
