Vacation Strategy booked wrong year?! - still can't contact them :-(

I just happened to look at my deposit email for our reservation at WBC this upcoming October (3 bedroom) and I JUST noticed it says 2015 and not 2014!! Small freak out going on! I called twice yesterday and got voicemail (left one message). How long should I wait before totally losing it????

It is unlikely the resort would have the reservation that far out.

I would not freak out, you're not leaving this weekend! You still have plenty of time to correct the problem with VS.

I think that's a typo. Wyndham owners can't book our home resorts until 13 months before arrival, so it should not be possible to book 10/15 yet.

But I would certainly follow up with Vacation Strategies for sure!

leave them voicemail, leave them email. You can always file a dispute through Visa. Once Visa gets involved, I guaranty they'll call you back.

18th October 2014 is a Saturday

18th October 2015 is a Sunday

It is sometimes hard to get in touch with them over the weekend. I have booked with them many times. They will fix it and make it right. I would give them until midafternoon Monday to get back with you.
