I don't think there are any, excluding the DVC properties. Most of the vacation rentals don't even offer shuttles for a fee. Best option would be to try to find one near within walking distance of a Lynx stop, preferably one which also stops at Disney.

Bonnet Creek is more of a timeshare/condo resort then a vacation home. They have good Disney shuttles. Not free but $10/day per unit is very reasonable.

JMO but you either need to rent a car or consider Bonnet Creek. A distance third option is to rent in an area serviced by Lynx.

ITA but the OP isn't giving us enough information. We don't know if a vacation home is being considered because of the number of people in her group. We don't know if the OP merely prefers not to drive, is unable to drive or is unable to rent a car.

Wyndham Bonnet Creek is probably the closes fit.
