Vacation rentals near Disney

Hi everyone! I am currently looking to rent a home with a pool in September. We need 4-5 bedrooms. Finding a home is not a problem, but I am wondering if anyone can tell me which area is closest to Disney? Celebration, Reunion, Davenport, Kissimmee? Only want to be a max of 10 minutes from main entrance to Dosney property. This is all new to me, I have always stayed onsite before, so if anyone could recommend a nice gated community close to Disney that has facilities for kids (community pool, playground etc) that would be wonderful! We stayed in Reunion in October. It to us about 15 minutes to get into Disney, but I cannot guarantee that we always took the best way. It was a really easy drive. The community itself was great. The house we rented has a pool, but the community also had a nice pool, too. They have a cute little water park, but I'm not sure how admission works when you rent. We were staying with friends. They had different activities for the kids and also have a playground. There are a lot of stores in restaurants that a very close and easy to get, too.

We have stayed twice in Windsor Hills. It's about 15 minutes away and the drive is easy. It has a pool and a playground. It is also a gated community which I like.

We've also stayed at Windsor Hills twice just like the previous poster. We loved it and would return. Close to Disney and easy commute to other stores and restaurants.

Use something like VRBO or AirBnB and search along Rt 192, which runs just south of WDW. You'll find literally dozens and dozens of communities. Most of them have pools, etc...

We have stayed at a few. The closest would be Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms, Formosa Gardens, Indian Creek and Encore at Reunion. We prefer Windsor Hills because of the amenities and proximity to the parks and as a previous poster mentioned close to US192. US192 is where you'll find hundreds of restaurants, shops and attractions. You can search VRBO or Homeaway for those communities. If you find a property that you like you might consider asking the owner to book outside of the VRBO site. They charge a hefty fee just to book through their site whereas the owner might be willing to waive that to book direct.
