Vacation rental ?

I am not sure if this is the right board if not please move it. I am trying to help a friend plan a trip to Disney Wold unfortunately its during Easter break but they cannot change the dates as they are going down for a wedding taking place the Monday after Easter and they have a strict budget. So I am wondering if anyone has stayed in any of the vacation home rental places and if so which one would you prefer ?

We have used this company when going to Disney and they have always been great! I referred a coworker to them and this year when they went they had a death in the family the night they arrived. They stayed for 2 days, but the company told them they would let them come back for the whole 7 nights they orignally paid for any time. I forgot to add: Most of their properties are in Clermont which is only about 20-25 minutes from Disney (depending on traffic). we actually found the location very convenient.

If you don't find what you're looking for try the Orlando Hotels and Attractions board! Those people know all sorts of off-site places you can stay. I know that Windsor Hills is popular for homes, while a lot of people like Wyndham Bonnet Creek for condos. We're staying in the latter this trip and it looks great and was very reasonable!

I didn't check their availability and you didn't mention your party size, but we have had good experiences with 5mins2disney and romancing the mouse.

Lots of people like to stay at Wyndham Bonnet Creek.
