Vacation Question

I have made several trips to WDW but they have all been in April and June. This year I have planned to go in early September and I was wondering if anyone has been in September and has any info on the weather and the crowd size.

September is awesome!!! Generally nice weather and low crowds.....

Yep, I was there last year the 1st week of September. We had mid-90's and a couple days of rain. A few days it down poured for an hour, but a couple days were the usual Florida 20-minute showers. The heat I expected, but not the excessive rain. But it was also during Hurricane Katrina, so I'm not sure if that hurt matters at all. And honestly, thinking back to it now I realize that I am probably over exaggerating the rain a bit.

The crowds were great. The weekends were a little busy, but during the week we didn't have more than a 15-minute wait for any ride.

We did the last week of Sept. in 2005. The weather was still very warm, great for enjoying a relaxed afternoon in the pool. The crowds were near nonexistent, our longest wait was 20min for Soarin. We took advantage of the free Dining Plan promo for Aug and Sept. It is going on again now, need to book by June 4th for Aug-Sept travel.

Thanks for all the info. We haved planned to visit for the first week in September. We will be staying at the CBR and are using the free dinning plan. This will be the first time we have ever used the dinning plan. Thanks again for all the help.

The crowds are great... minimal wait in lines and usually you can get all the reservations that you want for any time.. Because its free dining this year it might be a little more crowded then usual.
As for the weather... I am hoping its going to be nice every day in Sept. I have been there before and when it rained it only rained for a little bit at night or if it rained during the day it would be light. Lets prayer its the same way this year!
