Thanks, I will email to get the list and then phone when I have decided what to book. I prefer to email as much as possible due to the time difference (we are 8 hours ahead in the UK.) I just have to remember to phone in the evening!!
Samkj is right on putting a credit card on file...you can (best) call this information to them or they will ask you to fax it in...once I have done this...I use email to add or subtract from my planning with no trouble...when you arrived and check in they should have an itinerary ready for you...
This is the letter I received after my first email to VP:
Good Afternoon,
Thank you for your email. We are happy that you will be staying with us
this summer. We will be happy to assist with the priority dining
reservations but those can only be made 60 days out from your arrival
date.
We can also assist with the Fantasmic Premium Viewing. Tickets go on
sale 30 days prior to the performance date. We will need a credit card
to purchase the tickets . As soon as we get the credit card information
we can place it in our trace file and we will pull the request out on
the date of the request.

Ask them to email your itinerary before your trip just to check it out and make sure all your request are on it...
