I just tried to pay my room only balance and the CM was not able to get to my reservation, said they were enhancing the system. I was not able to pull it up online either.
I read something on the Itinerary page, that they would soon be deleted and we should print everything we have out so that we wouldn't lose them. Something about a system upgrade. Has anyone heard anything about that? My DH is going to be bummed, he spent an hour loading all his stuff in there the other day.
I finally got a pin for sept. call the travel agency real quick being excited, so she can put my pin in, she just called me and told me everything is down, she will call tommorrow.
I called 3xs yesterday, it was still down for packages as of 9:45 pm east coast time last night. I did book a room only yesterday @ the cast members advice to hold the room I wanted. I'm getting ready to try again - it just takes forever to answer all of the autophone lady's questions!
I called this morning around 9:30AM to add a person & to change type of room & it was up & working. As well as web site. Of Course I had to call back twice because the 1st CM didn't speak english very good. But I got what I wanted but now DH is not happy about it even though I told him lol. He will get over it
