Vacation Package w/US Airways

Has anyone ever booked a disney vacation package thru US airways. I am just wondering how it works with the hotel reservations. Do they send them to Disney as soon as you make the reservation or do they wait till right before the start of your vacation. I found a pretty good deal on a vacation package so I just wanted to know how it works before I reserve it. I have only booked Disney resorts/trip thru the disney website.

I have not worked for USAirways vacations, but I did work for another wholesale and retail travel company. The way that it worked for us is that we had an allotment of rooms to sell. The reservation was not actually sent to the resort until 3 or so days prior to the guest's arrival. You could not contact the actual resort, only the travel agent (or in your case, USAirways vacations).

Thanks for the info. I have just never booked with them before. We went ahead at got the package (hopefully everything will be ok). Which was at All Star Music for 5 night for $270.
