We plan to be at Tokyo Disney starting on January 16 through January 31 (last night at the airport). My strategy at the moment is:

1/26 Stay one night at a resort hotel on the monorail

1/27 Have the 2 night "Enjoy Attractions Even More" package.
Unlimited rides in DL on 1/27
1/28 Unlimited rides and entry to DS and FS on 1/28
1/29 Have the 2 night, 3 day "Enjoy Attractions 3 days" package.
DL tickets for 1/28
FS one day passport for 1/29
1/30 DS tickets on 1/30.

There will be an overlap of parks on 1/28: FS/DS and DL. We can go to FS/DS during the day, and DL in the evening

For the attractions included in the "Enjoy Attractions 3 Days" package, I thought I would just choose the multiple attractions passes, with the theory that I could separately purchase DPA if needed. I am hoping this will be a low crowd week and we wouldn't need many DPA passes, if any. Also, we will have had the chance to experience all the rides with the first 2 day package.

1/31 Buy a separate one day ticket for DL or DS, whichever park we want to revisit.

We're also hoping we won't have to use Happy Entry because of lower crowds, but just show up at park opening.

What do you think?

Sounds good. We had overlapping packages too, so I did opt for a couple of multi attraction passes. We did feel that we wanted more than the day and partial day at DL. We did repeat some rides but missed out on the Tiki Room and some of the Fantasyland rides, ie Snow White, teacups, Pinocchio, etc. We have done them in Florida and California though.

I agree that with the unlimited ride package, happy entry shouldn’t be necessary. If you don’t arrive early, the only thing that could be tough is getting a mobile order at one of the fantasy Springs restaurants if that’s important to you (although you can also reserve these ahead of time with your package).
