Hi all! :wave2:

Yesterday I started planning my notebook that I am going to take with me to WDW and also carry around the parks. :)

It is an A5 spiral, and has 3 dividers in it that you can move around to separate out the sections.

I am planning of naming the 3 sections 'Info', 'Plans' and 'Trip Report'.

So in the Info section I will have park maps, opening hours, best days to visit where, my flight and hotel information etc etc.

In 'Plans' I'll have our itinerary, ADRs and such.

And then I'll use teh TR section to write in whilst waiting for parades, in line, byt the pool etc.

Do you see anything I'm doing wrong or missing?

Also, the pad is 250 pages, so I'm thinking 50 pages each for the first two sections and then 150 for the TR section....good division?

hi! i'm not sure what an A5 spiral is. i used a 3 ring binder for mine with 5 dividers...one for each park with my tour guide mike recommendations and the 5th one for travel plans (hotel resie info etc). i also printed some pages from themouseforless.com to help write my TR (daily journal pages...date, weather, what you did, where you ate each meal, souvies you bought, etc).

HTH

I just use my good old Passporter. I buy a new one every year and fill it with our trips memories and notes.

I have also thought of making a vacation notebook. I have more tabs.

Oooh, packing list is a greaat idea! I hadn't thought of a list of 'must do's for next trip either!!

We want to make a little guide for our wedding guests of our favourite things about WDW, so if we note them down during this trip then we can refer to them when we send out our pre-wedding information packs!

Thank you!! :teeth:

I use Microsoft's OneNote program as my planner. I started a new notebook and it's called Disney 2009.

I have one section called Port Orleans, and when I find important tidbits here on the forums, I copy and paste it there. (Ex.: there are no towels at the quiet pools.)

I have a "what to pack" page, and a page dedicated to the flight down. Another page has tips on fun activities, like pressed pennies and the pirate cruise.

When it's time to start thinking about making dining reservations, I'll probably start a page for that too.

While I like OneNote, I could just as easily use Word or a similar program.
