Vacation kingdom voucher/QC/Breakfast

i heard from someone that if we are a group of ppl, then we can order those vouchers directly from disney
can anyone tell me the procedure, or phone number?
i am desperatley in need of those for travel in may 2005

I was curious about this as well. Do you have to actually hold a convention or be involved in a performance (Band, Choir, Cheerleading, etc.) at WDW to qualify? I was just wondering if anyone on this board has ever tried to organize an event that would qualify to purchase the vouchers.

They do sell them to leisure groups. You must book a minimum of 10 rooms.

Is there a limit to how many you can buy? (we'll be there for 10 days so I'd want a few.) What are the cost of the vouchers thru disney? Which vouchers are available?

Air Canada has donated money twards the airfare for the 13 year old girl we are taking with us in Dec. Please consider flying with them they make the magic real for hundreds of children every year with the Dreams Take Flight program they run.

This is exactly what I was thinking. I know the Q&C vouchers available to youth groups are $10.50 -- so I would assume they would be the same.

I have a feeling all the rooms need to be booked under the same ressie.

that's a good news.... what kind of question do they ask you? can we book the room separately?
do they deliver voucher separately to guest?

Not all the Q&C vouchers are $10.50. WM Penny was trying to get together a leisure group rate for a group going in June and those vouchers were priced at $15 for the Q&C.
You have to sign a contract and each person booking can call and book their own rooms at different resorts. Cancel time on the groups rates is 60 days out without penalty.

I have put together a leisure group. You are exactly right. One person has to be a leader and quarantee the contract and minimal number of rooms. Then each member of the group calls and makes their own reservation. You don't all have to stay together- can book anywher on site so long as you have a total of 10 rooms.

The breakfast vouchers are 10.75 the counter service lunch and dinner vouchers are 14.38- adult or child.

That sounds like a pretty good deal on the vouchers. Do they cut you any breaks on the room rates? If not, can the individual members of the group apply their own discounts (AP, FL resident or AAA)? My family might be interested in doing a get-together in WDW and this could help out quite a bit.

There are special room rates. I think quite good although not as good as some of the special codes and pins people have spoken about. I just posted over at resorts but examples are POR for 99, AKL for 119 WLO for 203 etc.

We are already booked under a special. (airline rate) at pop. Now because we are going the first week of Dec. like many other dis'ers could we all get together and arrange a buy or would our code make us inelidgible?

You do get a discount. We were offered Pop $74, Mods $99 all plus tax in regular season. Some must sign a contract with Disney but each person can call to make their own ressies. Cancelation policy with group is 60 days out without penalty.
