Vacation Insurance - what is it ?

On our reservation I noticed .... Vacation Insurance was selected.
What does it mean ? Insurance for what ? Late planes ? Hurricanes ?
Death in family ?

Thanks !
 
Unfortunately I know all too well that it covers a death in the family. I know too that it covers certain illnesses.
