I never used them
but i HIGHLY recommend Vacation homes in General
they are the best way to travel especially if you have a family

we stayed in one in Oct and can't wait to someday go back (hopefully within 2 years)

LOVE the "villa vacation"! Deal with an owner directly, though....and make sure that a management company is available 24/7.

Snow White Sue...We used AAA Dream Homes last October. We originally booked a a 3/bd/2ba condo in Windsor Palms. When we arrived we were upgraded to a townhouse at Windsor Palms. We were thrilled with it until we looked around and realized it hadn't been cleaned!!! I called them and explained this and was told we could either stay there and they would come in the morning to clean or they had a house available in the Indian Point subdivision off 192 on Poinciana Blvd.

We decided to take the house because it was now 9pm and we had just spent the last two days driving from Maine and we were exhausted and just wanted to jump into a clean shower and go to sleep in a clean bed.

I was a very disapponted because I had specifically asked for Windsor Palms. I had made my reservation in February of 2004 for October 2004. The house was ok. It was clean but the living room furniture was worn and uncomfortable. The rest of the house was fine.

The drive back and forth to the parks was a lot longer because of our location at the other end of 192.

I liked having a house for the added room and washer and dryer. My kids, ages 20-23, missed the "Disney Magic" and my husband missed the Disney buses. I'm not sure I would use them again because you don't get to see what you are booking and as you can see from my experience you never know what you're going to get.
