Vacation Homes near disney

I was wondering if anyone has any input on rental homes near Disney for vacations. We have a large trip in the making. We would need 2 house and would like to be close to Disney and the house next to each other. I have found a few but I wasn't sure if anyone had recommendations on agencies they have used or people they have rented from, since we have never done this route before I would like to explore all options before making a final decision.

I went to Homeaway.com and got an AWESOME house for our whole family for Christmas two years ago. It was a great neighborhood with our own pool. There were tons of options in the Orlando area, I highly recommend it.

We rented a HUGE home rather cheaply at Windsor Hills which is very close to the Disney Parks. It is a gated community. I would stay there again when we have a large party.

We also had a three bedroom, three bath private pool Disney themed town home in Windsor Hills. Dave Robbinson is great to work with and the homes grand. I loved having all the space and only minutes from Disney Gates. They also have a pack and play, high chair and small stroller on site. We stayed at 2632 Maneshaw, there is another one nearby, but he has condos in the same units in Windsor also. The unit 402 Frozen is great for fans of the movie.

We have stayed 3 times in Emerald Island over the years when we have traveled with a large group. Very close to WDW using the Sherberth short cut. Its a gated community, is very quiet, but has some very large homes (6-7 bedroom).

Some of our best vacations were when we rented at Windsor Palms or Hills. I can't remember I think the name changed, this was a few years back. This place had the best amenities, the house was incredible gorgeous, had it's own pool, and the place itself had a pool and a movie theater, so much fun. We rented a 5 or 6 bedroom and brought the whole family down. Funny thing was that we had 13 people in the house and it didn't feel crowded. Highly recommend that place. Five minutes from Disney.

We stayed in a 6 bedroom in Windsor Hills. blue Sky Villas was really easy to work with and the house was gorgeous. 10 minutes to get on Disney Property going in the back way beside Animal Kingdom.
