Vacation home at Eagle Point south?

Can anyone tell me how far away Eagle Point south subdivision is from Disney and Universal? We are renting a vacation home here and just curious about the travel times.

Eagle Point is on Poinciana Boulevard on east US192 in the region of Medieval Times and the big Walmart superstore.

We have always stayed on west US192 in the region of Splendid China, which is a 5 minute drive from Animal Kingdom. This trip (in May) we have chosen to stay at Cumbrian Lakes which is a little further south from Eagle Point on Poinciana Boulevard. I must admit to being a little bit worried about the travelling times - we've got so used to being so close. I reckon that we will be about 15 minutes (fingers crossed) from Disney and about 30 minutes from Universal. If anything we're probably a little bit closer to Universal than we've been in the past.

Take a look at this Interactive Map of US192. Poinciana Boulevard is just to the right of marker 10. Click on the link to Map 5 and you will see all the restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Click on 'Map' next to Poinciana Boulevard and you will see where Eagle Point is.

When do you go? We shall be there from 11 May through 25 May. If you're going after that, I'll post again with more info once we get back.

We have rented a house in Eagle Pointe for April 26 - May 3, I'll be glad to post some info also.

There was a thread earlier about taking a different route than 192 to the Disney parks, I think it was 535? I plan on trying both and will post our travel times on our return.
