VA 2014 Plans for Manchester

Not sure if its new news but ive heard the A330 will no longer fly from Manchester in the summer 2014 due to high demand and will be replaced with two daily 747-400s http://www.businesstraveller.com/news/virgin-atlantic-to-deploy-b747-on-all-mancheste

It's a nice spin however it was always the plan.


The A330s are being refitted to a 3 class config and do Caribbean and LHR flights - they were only brought in for covering the 747 refurbs.

They are not having 2 flights daily. The 75/76 remains daily with the 73/74 remaining at 4 times a week.
