V-Room - Do they Limit Numbers?

Hi all!

Does anyone know if there is a limit to the amount of people Virgin will let in the V-Room? I booked it for next month last year when it very first opened and have really been looking forward to it. Got our tickets today and realised there was nothing about the V-room. So have been looking through the invoices they have sent out to me when ever any changes have been made (adding tickets, dining plan etc) and somewhere between the start of Feb when they last sent me an invoice, and the end of Feb when I paid, they have managed to delete the V-Room! from my booking So I haven't actually paid for it .

I know I should have checked at the time of paying, but I just assumed that occasionally Virgin would manage to get something right . . . should have known better. I will call tomorrow to try add it again, but I am really worried they are going to be fully booked for May 2nd now. I know its only a silly little thing but I was really looking forward to it!

Yes they do limit numbers to stop it being over crowded, hopefully it won't be full though as its not peak season you are going. Good luck
