V& A : is it worth it to the point that

Well, I was going to say even if you don't drink coffee, to order it so you could see the wonderful presentation. They actually brew it on your table and decant it for you. You wouldn't have to drink it, just pretend to raise the cup to your lips once,
But that would be wasteful.
If you don't, really try to notice when they do it at another table.
But again, if you don't like coffee, it probably wouldn't mean much to you, and you might not even realize how special it is or different from others.

Obviously, it really made an impression on me.:rotfl:

LOL - I will make a point to observe others getting their coffee - the whole evening sounds like an enchanting experience. I'm so excited, lol.

I realize I am late to the party, but I was going to vote for exactly what you did. Enjoy Victoria and Albert's and nice drop on Tutto Italia. I would dine in the regular room for $125 and save the $75 over dining in Queen Victoria's room. You can do that on a future visit where you have a (romantic) dining companion.

Not late - I appreciate any tips I can get! I'm glad I made the ADR at V&A as a special meal will there will only enhance my memories of my trip. I'll try Tutto on another trip - it really was the only one I could live without, lol.
