V&A and Wishes

I have a reservation for Victoria and Albert's for 8:45 p.m. Wishes is showing that same night at 8 pm. Is there somewhere near V&A where I could watch Wishes and still make it to V&A by 8:45 pm?
I have watched Wishes from the Polynesian beach, but you can't hear the music there. Would it be possible to 1) watch Wishes from the Narcoosees dock (and do they play the music there?) or 2) go up to California Grill for a pre-dinner drink at the bar, watch Wishes from the balcony up there, then head over to V&A?

I've been to CA Grill several times but always for dinner, so I am not sure if you can just go there for drinks and also see Wishes.

Any thoughts are appreciated!!!

If Wishes is at 8 and your reservation is at 8:45 don't count on it. Also, you might have trouble getting up to the Ca. Grill bar around fireworks time. If it's full, they won't let you go up to have a drink.

Best plan is probably to watch from GF somewhere.

Ok then is there anywhere at GF that plays the music for Wishes?

Last I was at Narcoosees they played the sound for Wishes outside.

We have went to the dock at Narcoosees and viewed Wishes when we've eaten at V&A and at Citricos. There has been music outside.

The music for Wishes is alos played in the marina area of GF. This is closer to the main building and there's more space than the dock by Narcoossee's.

We enjoy it from either location.
