UT Ticket

As first timer and a one time visit can i use my undercover tourist paper ticket as admission. With the price of magicband+ i figured it would not be feasible to buy. Is there a disadvantage to not using a MB+.

You don’t need magic bands. They make it a little faster if you are using genie plus but lots of people just use their phone. You can use the app on your phone to scan your tickets in the park and at the rides. Hope you have a fun trip.

I've entered the parks using a paper printout of the e-ticket itself.

I use the UT paper ticket for admission. I find it easier than digging out my phone, unlocking the phone, finding the app, etc.

Also, I'm sure you already know this, but make sure that you actually reserve the days that you want to go--you need the ticket and the reservation to get in each day.
